Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first contacting us for a return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used packaging materials (due to hygiene and product integrity)
Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
